Following confirmation of your appointment in the trade, firstly congratulations,
sit back and relax, should you be purchasing a trade inventory as part of the
tenancy it is important your interests are well represented as no doubt the vendor
via their valuers are seeking maximum settlement. LPS will be representing as
opposing valuers to determine and agree a fair valuation of the trade inventory,
after all it's your money. LPS offers personal service at affordable fees and
will take care of all office administratrion and keep you fully advised as matters
proceed, following agreed valuation of the inventory we would also be in attendance
on the appointed day of change to ensure and check all the inventory contents
has remained on site and are in a saleable condition, at that same time supply
full statements of change and deal with the transfer to completion.
SO WHAT DOES ALL THIS COST: OUR FEES
Our fees are closely monitered and are extremely competitive and unlike the usual percentage on valuations and public house changes, in the current economic climate we offer a packaged fee structure so you know exactly where you are with the costs, our ingoing fees range from £550.00. to £700.00: On inventory valuations estimated as being in excess of £20,000. a negotiated supplement would apply. Our fees are inclusive of reasonable travelling costs and in the main relate to Kent. Areas outside of Kent again may involve a negotiated supplement regarding incidental travelling expences.
STOCKTAKING: FEES
These are normally in addition as the sevices are supplied via our associated qualified stocktakers and range from £80.00 to £120.00 dependant on the volumes of stock to be valued. Periodical stocktaking is highly recommended and would normally attract discounted ongoing fees.
