Guide:

Ideally applicants should be between the ages of 20-55, married couples or strong partnerships. Single operators would also be considered, however their suitability would likely depend on a proven track record within the Licensed Trade.

The Main Requirements are:

Some Licensed Trade experience - even Part Time
A degree of business sense.
A jolly and outgoing personality
Good health
No conviction which would impair your application for a Licence (this would not apply to minor traffic offences, or spent convictions)
Availabilty of Funds regarding the Estimated Capital requirement.
Procedures: Firstly complete and return the contact request. (E-mail) Note: As this site operates on a broad band basis your computer may initially note the E-mail has failed, if this is the case please re-click on send and receive in the E-mail tool box.

Following return and receipt of the initial contact request to our offices you will be contacted by telephone to discuss your requirements, then by your regular refferal to the web site (which is updated almost weekly or when details become available), fuller details and house profiles on individual houses will be forwarded by request, in the main these are forwarded by hard copy, the availability of the premises is at that time checked. Application forms for individual houses will again be forwarded should you wish to apply for any particular outlet.

(Do not request an application form if it is not your intention to apply) all requested details / application forms are forwarded on the assumption that the services of this company are engaged to oversee your appointment in the trade.There are no fees charged to service your enquirys, our competive fees are included in all estimated ingoing capital requirements and are charged on the arranged change day following your successful appointment in the trade.

Your application form will need to be returned to these offices and then forwarded to the relevant Area Manager or Business Development Manager together with our covering letter of recommendation and, providing you meet the criteria required, it is likely you will be invited for an interview with the Area Manager. Supportive Business Plan guidance will be forwarded via these offices in readiness for the interview, together with guidance on interview format, again via these offices by E-mail or Hard Copy.
